Soft Tissue Therapy 

Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments.  It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.

The main aim of Soft Tissue Therapy is to restore muscle balance and functionality, whilst addressing any issues with associated fascia, tendons and ligaments, simultaneously improving the movement of joints.

To achieve long lasting results and successful rehabilitation, Ruth aims to deliver an individually tailored, high quality treatment using a combination of soft tissue therapy techniques including:
