“A little over 5 weeks ago, I could barely run 1km in 20 mins at which point I started to experience excruciating pain in my legs and body. After consulting with Ruth, she devised a plan of action and through her expertise and knowledge, she used her magic and targeted parts of my body which released the pain. In fact, Ruth went above and beyond and came up with a plan for my training. As each week went on, the pain eased and I felt a breath of fresh air hit my muscles which allowed me to run further and further and fully test myself and showcase my abilities. I then completed the Superhero Charity 10km in London in mid-May and finished in a mind blowing 49 mins!
